Councillor Abid Chohan take the oath as Lord Mayor of Manchester.
The new Lord Mayor of Manchester has been sworn in today at a meeting of the Council.
Cllr Abid Chohan takes up the mantle after serving the people of Longsight as local councillor for 15 years.
